The New Feminine Paradigm

Embracing the Dark Goddess

Embracing the Dark Goddess

Women are rising and awakening to their innate feminine magic and power on a global scale right now.

The balance is shifting, and as we enter the Age of Aquarius the hold of the patriarchy is slowly crumbling to create space for a new dawn - one that finds a unique and balanced union between the feminine and masculine energies - within each of us but also on this sacred planet we call home.

Reclaiming our magic, our blood, our birthright is a necessity right now for the healing of the feminine and of Mama Earth, however this reclaiming is asking us to not only remember and return home - but to claim all of ourselves.

Recently in my meditation practise I had a spark of divine insight come through right at the end.

Usually before I come out of my quiet space I take a moment to bring my attention to my womb space and allow her to speak to me. I may place my hands on my womb or just breathe in to her and ask - 'What do I need to know right now'?

The words she whispered and visions she showed me this particular evening were potent, profound and powerful - it was a beautiful confirmation for me that the way I now choose to navigate my life ( heads up - it's not from my mind!) is right on track - the voice of SHE WHO KNOWS ALL came through loud and strong!

Your BODY is the Temple

Your BODY is the Temple

This sacred journey that we all embark on for connection, for one-ness, for L O V E - to remember - (whether consciously or not) has taken us so far away from ourselves that finding our way back home amidst the chaos, conditioning and busyness can feel daunting, overwhelming and at times downright impossible!

We have, as a collective feminine consciousness., been so throughly indoctrinated and shackled that for many we sadly don't even realise how bound we truly are and how much we have forgotten.

Why your worth will NEVER be found in your doing....

Why your worth will NEVER be found in your doing....

For more years then I care to acknowledge (let's just say at least 3 decades!) I thought if I just did MORE I would finally feel worthy.

Worthy of love, praise and unconditional acceptance from my parents, extended family, friends, society - even people I didn't know!

Being raised with the belief system that life was for working hard, getting a good job and then staying with that job (no matter what) meant that from the very beginning the seed was planted - to show the world I was enough I needed to DO more!

If I just worked harder and really took on the role of self sacrificing, people-pleasing martyr I might perhaps finally embody that all elusive feeling of deep self acceptance and love.
Sadly for far too long my entire sense of self worth was based on what other people thought about my striving and efforting - and never one to back down from a challenge I pushed and strived as hard as I could!
